Typical prototype lead time is 10–15 working days after artwork and specifications are approved.
Which piece counts and finished sizes are available?
Piece counts can range from 12 to 2,000 pieces, depending on the format and specifications. Existing production formats are available for selected 300, 500 and 1,000-piece puzzles, while custom layouts are subject to production review.
Which puzzle board materials can you produce?
Greyboard, whiteboard and blueboard are available in the 1.0–2.0 mm production range. Final board grade and thickness are confirmed during sampling and specification approval.
Which packaging and finishes are available?
Packaging options include rigid boxes, shaped boxes, gift boxes and custom retail packaging. Surface finishes include matte, gloss, spot UV, foil stamping and soft-touch lamination.
Which custom board game components can be reviewed?
A board game brief can include game boards, cards, punchboards, tokens, rulebooks, boxes, inserts and sourced accessories. Final materials, construction and component specifications are confirmed through project review and sampling.
